Biography

I am a transformation leader with more than 15 years of experience across financial services, consulting, innovation, customer experience and emerging technology.

I currently serve as an Associate Partner at SYNTHESIS in Singapore, where I advise organisations on AI transformation, operational redesign, digital assets and technology-enabled business change.

My career has taken me from customer experience and digital-product design to enterprise transformation, wealth management, venture building and tokenisation. I have held leadership roles at organisations including Standard Chartered, Deutsche Bank, Bank of Singapore and SC Ventures, working across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

This combination of experiences allows me to approach transformation from multiple perspectives: executive strategy, customer needs, operational realities, regulatory requirements and technology delivery.

I am particularly interested in the organisational conditions required to turn emerging technology into meaningful outcomes. Successful transformation depends on more than selecting the right technology. It requires clear ownership, trusted data, redesigned processes, effective governance and teams that can work differently.

Alongside my professional work, I contribute to Singapore’s innovation and business community through INSEAD alumni initiatives, industry events, research collaborations and mentoring.
